Street Closure – 31st Street

Beginning on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, West 31st Street will be closed from Minnesota Avenue to Spring Avenue, including the intersection of 31st Street and Spring Avenue, to allow construction crews to begin work on street and utility improvements along 31st Street.

This work will include a new sanitary sewer manhole, storm drainage pipe, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, and miscellaneous drainage improvements.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed by mid-November.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
