Street Closure – 85th Street

Beginning on Monday, September 11, 2023, West 85th Street will be closed between Minnesota Avenue and Western Avenue to allow crews to perform an asphalt mill and overlay.

Motorists should use 69th Street as an alternate route. 

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within three weeks. 

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – 41st Street

Beginning on Monday, September 11, 2023, the outside eastbound lane on West 41st Street will be closed east of Louise Ave.

Xcel Energy will be working on their lines. This work is anticipated to be complete in ten days.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Structure Demolition

Beginning on Monday, September 11, 2023, crews will be demolishing a structure on the southwest corner of East Sixth Street and North Cliff Avenue. At least one lane of traffic will be maintained at all times, but trucks and equipment will be entering and exiting the roadway onto Cliff Avenue while this work is occurring.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete in approximately two days.

Lane Closures – 57th Street

Beginning on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, the outside westbound lane of West 57th Street will be closed between Baha Avenue and Technopolis Drive to allow crews to perform sidewalk repairs. In addition, the outside southbound lane of South Louise Avenue will be closed from 55th Street to 57th Street.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be complete within one week.

Street Closure – 33rd Street

Beginning on Tuesday, September 12, 2023, West 33rd Street will be closed from Spring Avenue to Grange Avenue to allow crews to slurry seal the street.

All work is anticipated to be complete by the end of the day.
