Utilities & Billing

The City of Sioux Falls provides water, sewer, and limited electrical service to Sioux Falls residents. Utility Billing is a customer service-based department within the Public Works Water Division responsible for billing and collecting for City utility services.

Our office is open Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.

We are located on the ground floor of City Hall at 224 W 9th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. We are available during business hours in person, by email or phone at water@siouxfalls.gov or (605) 367-8131.

If you have a water or sewer emergency outside of business hours please call the Emergency Water Number at (605) 367-8805.

*Disconnected services for non-payment are not considered an emergency and will not be reconnected outside of regular business hours.*
