** NOTICE **

To offer a more efficient experience, we are centralizing key in-person services (including payments, permits, and general assistance) one block north at City Center this December.

At that time, please plan to visit:

City Center at 231 N Dakota Ave for all Utility Billing and Parking needs (payments, permits, and general service questions).

The current City Hall location for these services will close just before the transition. Final closing dates and relocation details will be shared here and our official social media channels. Remember, the fastest and easiest way to conduct city business is always through our online services.

The City of Sioux Falls provides water, sewer, and limited electrical service to Sioux Falls residents. Utility Billing is a customer service-based department within the Public Works Water Division responsible for billing and collecting for City utility services.

Our office is open Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM.

We are located on the ground floor of City Hall at 224 W 9^th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. We are available during business hours in person, by email or phone at water@siouxfalls.gov or (605) 367-8131.
