Street Closure – West Avenue

Beginning on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, South West Avenue will be closed to through traffic between 33rd Street and 37th Street. Access to homes will be maintained.

First Rate Excavate will be repairing utilities. This work is anticipated to be complete in one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue

Beginning on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, the outside northbound lane on South Cliff Avenue will be closed north of 69th Street.

Xcel will be working in the area. This work is anticipated to be complete by the end of the day.

Lane Closures – 18th Street

Beginning on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, crews will be working on pavement patching along West 18th Street between Kiwanis Avenue and West Avenue. One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction at all times.

All work is anticipated to be complete in about one week.
