Street Closure – 41st Street

Beginning Tuesday, June 11, 2024, West 41st Street will be closed to through traffic west of Ellis Road. A detour will be signed, taking traffic north to SD-42 (West 12th Street), west to 466th Avenue then south to 267th Street (West 41st Street).

Lidel Construction will be working on new utilities at the South Lana Drive intersection. The work is expected to be complete by Wednesday, June 12, 2024, pending weather, with asphalt patching to follow.

West 41st Street is expected to be open late Friday, June 14, 2024.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – 11th Street

Beginning on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, the northern most eastbound lane and parking lane on East 11th Street will be closed east of Phillips Avenue.

MJ Dalsin Roofing will be setting a crane for roof work on the adjacent property. This work is anticipated to be complete later in the day.
