• All sanitary sewer work is complete.  Watermain work is in progress in Phase 2.  Storm drainage work and roadway grading will begin in July after the watermain work has been completed.

Commuter Route Information

• Klein Avenue is closed to traffic. Local access for the area is from the south via the intersection of 46^th & Klein.
