Commuter Route Information

  • At a minimum, one lane of traffic will remain open in both directions at all times.

Project Summary

This project consists of the preservation of two bridges on West Russell Street.  Work will include repairing delaminated concrete on the bridge decks, placing a two coat bridge deck polymer chip seal, repairing deteriorated special surface finish on the barrier curbs, and repairing minor erosion on the east bridge berm.
