This project is part of the 2024 city wide watermain replacement project. The project consists of street reconstruction for Mesa Pass north of Cheyenne Drive and Cheyenne Drive from Meas Pass to Plains Drive. Utility work will include new water main and storm sewer on Mesa Pass and new storm sewer on Cheyenne Drive. Streetlights will be upgraded on Mesa Pass. Miscellaneous sanitary sewer repairs will be completed. The asphalt surfacing will be milled and overlayed or replaced. Curb & gutter spot repairs and ADA sidewalk improvements at each intersection will be completed. The project will be constructed in three phases and will require road closures.
Bidding of the project is scheduled for early April and an Open House will be scheduled after the contract is awarded. Details will be communicated on this webpage and via mail to residents in the construction zone.
