Project Update   

• This project planned for this summer will be rescheduled due to supply chain challenges and escalating costs experienced throughout our region.
• This project is complex and unique requiring specialized materials and significant coordination between various vendors and partners. 
• Postponing this project will allow our teams to better coordination and procure the sensitive materials in advance, thus minimizing impacts during construction.
• The private utility companies that need to relocate the power or natural gas will be doing some preparatory work prior to the project in 2023 with minor impact to the property owners. 

Commuter Route Information 

• Philips Avenue, Ninth Street and River Road will be closed during construction.
