Welcome to Midco^® Aquatic Center!

Sioux Falls' first indoor aquatic center! Managed and operated by Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation, the aquatic center is located in the heart of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, in beautiful Spellerberg Park.

With three pools, meeting and party rooms, lockers and changing rooms, a mezzanine, concessions, an outdoor splash pad, an outdoor sundeck, and much more - Midco^® Aquatic Center is your home for year-round indoor swimming pool adventures!

Hours

Monday-Friday: 5:30 a.m.–8 p.m.
Saturday: 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Sunday: 12 noon–5 p.m.

Swim Meets

General Pool Rules

Non-swimming spectators can use the mezzanine area after a daily entry fee has been paid.
Shoes are not permitted to be worn on any slides or water attractions.
Inflatables of any kind (water wings, puddle jumpers, etc.) are not permitted. Life jackets are not permitted (except for persons with special needs requiring such protection).

In-Water Play Feature Rules

One child permitted per slide at one time.
Patrons must slide feet first, seated on bottom or back only.
No crawling up slides.
NO TRAINS.
No hanging on or sitting in dumping bowls.

Lily Pad In-Water Play Feature Rules

One patron on feature at a time.
Patrons must cross from the west side to the east side.
If patrons are tall enough to use the rope, they must.
Smaller patrons may cross the feature on their knees.

Current Channel Rules

Swimmers must be attired in a swimsuit with a liner. No sitting on the tile peninsula.
Stairs and zero-depth entry way must remain clear at all times.
If entering from the side of the pool, you must sit on the deck and slide in feet first.
Heads must remain above water at all times and feet must remain on the bottom of the pool. No toys are allowed in the current channel.

Warm Water Pool Rules

Snorkels are not permitted.
No diving allowed.
Stairs and zero-depth entry way must remain clear at all times.
If entering from the side of the pool, you must sit on the deck and slide in feet first. No jumping from the edge into the warm water pool or the current channel.
No sitting on the tile peninsula.
