Goals of the Plan
The Arts and Cultural Plan will:
- Assess the current arts and cultural landscape, including existing organizations, facilities, and programs;
- Engage residents, artists, cultural groups, and leaders to identify priorities, challenges, and opportunities for strengthening arts and culture in Sioux Falls;
- Develop a unifying vision and measurable strategic goals for the next decade.
- Recommend policies, programs, and investments to strengthen Sioux Falls’ cultural ecosystem;
- Provide an implementation framework with clear actions, timelines, and potential funding sources.
