Annexation Program

Annexation is the process in which property is brought under the rules of a community. This includes emergency, building, taxing, and voting privileges. To be annexed, there are two methods allowed under state law. One, where the property owner asks to be annexed, and another, where the city studies the possibility of annexing a property.
