Per the 2024 United States Census numbers, the City of Sioux Falls has two video lottery placements available
Applications for the video lottery placement drawing must be submitted in person to the Licensing Specialist or designee at the City Licensing Office on the first floor of City Hall, 224 West Ninth Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, starting at 8 a.m. on July 21, 2025, and closing at 5 p.m. on August 1, 2025, during regular business hours.
The public lottery drawing will take place at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 4, 2025, in the Commission Room, also on the first floor of City Hall at the same address.
