Forestry Inspector

Assist with various urban forest management activities, which may include, but are not limited to, inventory updates, marking trees for removal, coordinating with homeowners, and performing site inspections.
Work closely with City of Sioux Falls contractors removing street trees to monitor progress and inspect work for quality assurance.
Assist with the City of Sioux Falls planting permit program, performing initial site inspections and re-inspecting planted sites.
Assisting Parks and Recreation Division staff with day-to-day operations within the office and other duties as assigned.
