Aside from the many parks and trails we want citizens and visitors to use, Sioux Falls also has wellness programs you can take part in. The City created the Eat Well, Sioux Falls (EWSF) Grant Program to provide a future where every resident of the community has access to affordable and healthy foods. This program provides one-time monetary awards of up to $400,000 to create access to healthy food options in specified priority.
Live Well Sioux Falls is a community-based initiative of the Sioux Falls Health Department designed to help improve the health and well-being of Sioux Falls residents by collaborating on projects to address health needs.
Through the discretionary EWSF Grant Program, funds will be available to incentivize the provision of healthy grocery options to Food Access Priority Areas and populations in Sioux Falls.
