Street Closure – Ellis Road
Beginning on Monday morning, April 29, 2024, South Ellis Road from 41st Street to 57th Street will be closed through Thursday, May 2, 2024.
The City of Sioux Falls Street Division will be performing road maintenance work.
Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, May 2, 2024.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Street Closure – Linedrive Avenue
Beginning on Monday, April 29, 2024, South Linedrive Avenue will be closed south of 41st Street.
First Rate Excavate will be working on new utilities.
The work is anticipated to be completed in approximately one week.

Street Closure – 10th Street
Beginning on Monday morning, April 29, 2024, West 10th Street from Main Avenue to Dakota Avenue will be under construction with temporary lane closures through Thursday, May 2, 2024.
The Sioux Falls Street Division will be performing road maintenance work.
Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed by 5:00 p.m., Thursday, May 2, 2024.

Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue
Beginning on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, the outside southbound traffic lane on North Cliff Avenue will be closed between Sixth Street and Ninth Street.
The west leg of the intersection will be closed to the eastbound traffic on Eighth Street and will be detoured around the closure at Fairfax Avenue.
Xcel Energy will be working on overhead lines.
This work is anticipated to be completed in approximately one week.

Sidewalk Closure – 10th Street
Beginning on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, the sidewalk along the north side of West 10th Street will be closed between Dakota Avenue and Main Avenue.
Northern Plains Construction will be working on installing new windows.
The work is anticipated to be completed in approximately three weeks.

Asphalt Milling – Southeastern Avenue Area
Beginning on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, asphalt milling will begin along the areas shown in the attached exhibits. After the asphalt milling is completed, the affected streets will be reopened to residential traffic. This project is scheduled to be completed by May 10, 2024.
