Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue
Beginning on Monday, January 27, 2025, South Cliff Avenue between 18th Street and 16th Street will have alternating lane closures. Traffic flow will remain open in both directions during the work, with a lane closure around the work zone as needed.
Aaron Swan & Associates, Inc will be collecting geotechnical soil boring samples for an upcoming project in the outside lanes. The work is anticipated to be completed by Friday, January 31, 2025.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closure – 33rd Street
Beginning on Monday, January 27, 2025, the south side of West 33rd Street will be closed as Xcel Energy advances from Kiwanis Avenue to Minnesota Avenue.
Xcel Energy will be replacing poles. A flagger will be directing traffic as Xcel Energy moves along 33rd Street. The work is anticipated to be completed by Friday, January 31, 2025.

Lane Closure – 10th Street
Beginning on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, 10th Street between Minnesota Avenue and Second Avenue will have alternating lane closures. Two lanes of westbound traffic will be maintained at all times during the work, with lane closures around the work zone as needed.
Crews will be collecting soil boring samples in the northern-most westbound lane and in the southern-most westbound lane of 10th Street. Weather dependent, this work is anticipated to be completed by Friday, January 31, 2025.

Lane Closure – Dakota Avenue
Beginning on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, the left lane of North Dakota Avenue will be closed between Sixth Street and Eighth Street to allow crews to perform sanitary sewer work.
Weather permitting, the repairs are expected to be completed by the end of the day.
