Street Construction and Lane Closures

Lane Closure – Kiwanis Avenue

Beginning on Monday, March 17, 2025, the outside southbound lane on South Kiwanis Avenue will be closed north of 22nd Street. At 22nd Street, southbound traffic will then be diverted to the outside lane.

Xcel Energy will be working in their manholes. The work is expected to be completed by Thursday, March 20, 2025.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – 33rd Street

Beginning on Monday, March 17, 2025, the parking lane on the south side of West 33rd Street will be closed between Kiwanis Avenue and Western Avenue.

TSB Communications will be working on the south side of West 33rd Street. Traffic control will be removed to accommodate rush hour traffic. The work is anticipated to be completed on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
