Correction - Park Entrance Closure – Tomar Park

Beginning on Tuesday, May 27, the east entrance and east half of the parking lot of Tomar Park will be closed to allow crews to complete parking lot improvements. The west entrance and west parking lot will remain open. The bike trail entrance at Tomar Park will also be closed for the first portion of the improvements. 

This is the first of two phases of parking lot improvement work at Tomar Park. This phase is expected to be completed by mid-July, with the entire project anticipated to be finished by mid- August.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
