Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue

Beginning on Monday, June 9, 2025, the outside southbound lane of North Cliff Avenue is closed approximately 300 feet near 52nd Street North. 

Sunkota Construction is installing a new driveway approach.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day on June 13, 2025.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Minnesota Avenue

Beginning on Monday, June 16, 2025, the outside northbound lane of North Minnesota Avenue will be closed between 14th Street and 18th Street to allow crews to complete sidewalk improvements. 

This is the fifth of eight phases of the project, which includes sidewalk improvements on both sides of 41st Street from Western Avenue to Westport Avenue, and on Minnesota Avenue from 11th Street to 18th Street. 

The entire project is anticipated to be completed by August 2025.
