Lane Closure – Minnesota Avenue

Beginning on Monday, June 16, 2025, the outside northbound lane of North Minnesota Avenue will be closed between 14th Street and 18th Street to allow crews to complete sidewalk improvements.

This is the fifth of eight phases of this project, which includes sidewalk improvements on both sides of 41st Street from Western Avenue to Westport Avenue, and on Minnesota Avenue from 11th Street to 18th Street.

This entire project is anticipated to be completed by August 2025.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Recreation Trail Closure – Tuthill Park

Beginning on Monday, June 16, 2025, a section of the recreation trail at Tuthill Park east of South Cliff Avenue will be closed to allow crews to make bike trail repairs.

Trail users will still be able to access the trail from Pasley Park, however, the passage near Cliff Avenue will not be permitted.

There will be a signed detour between Pasley Park and Tuthill Park utilizing the trail along Southeastern Avenue, Marson Drive, Spencer Boulevard, Slaten Park Drive, Edgewood Road, Otonka Trail, and Cliff Avenue.

This project is anticipated to be completed by the end of June 2025.

Trail users are urged to use caution near the construction area and to utilize the detour route.
