Lane Closures - Various Locations

Beginning on Monday, June 23, 2025, one lane of traffic will be closed at these locations to allow crews to repair traffic signal loops in the pavement. 18th Street and Marion Road, 49th Street and Marion Road, 34th Street and Louise Avenue, 57th Street and Oxbow Avenue, 22nd Street and Kiwanis Avenue, 10th Street and Fairfax Avenue.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed in approximately one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – 12th Street

Beginning on Monday, June 23, 2025, the outside eastbound lane of West 12th Street will be closed just west of Ellis Road to allow crews to bore a casing pipe under 12th Street.

This work is anticipated to be completed in approximately two weeks.

Street Closure – Dubuque Avenue

Beginning on Monday, June 23, 2025, North Dubuque Avenue will be closed between Madison Street and Revere Drive.

Spielman Excavating is installing new underground utilities.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day on June 27, 2025.

Lane Closure – 57th Street

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, the outside eastbound lane of West 57th Street will be closed for approximately 300 feet at Bur Oak Place.

Telcom Construction is performing utility work in the area.

This work is anticipated to be completed by 4:30 p.m. on June 24, 2025.
