Lane Closure – Cliff Avenue
Beginning on Monday, July 21, 2025, the outside southbound lane of South Cliff Avenue will be closed at 17th Street to allow crews to replace the traffic signal.
Weather permitting, the intersection work is expected to be completed in late November.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closures – Ellis Road
Beginning on Monday, July 21, 2025, West Windmill Ridge Street will be closed at the intersection of Ellis Road to allow crews to perform utility work. Drivers should use 22nd Street for access to and from the neighborhood west of Ellis Road.
As part of this work, Ellis Road will also be restricted to one lane in each direction between Windmill Ridge Street and Stoney Creek Street while this work is occurring.
Left turns at the intersection of Ellis Road and Stoney Creek Street will not be allowed during this work. Drivers are encouraged to use 22nd Street for access to the adjacent neighborhoods.
This work is expected to be completed in about 3 weeks.

Street Closure – Broek Drive
Beginning on Monday, July 21, 2025, West Broek Drive will be closed between Ronsiek Avenue and Lancaster Drive.
Soukup Construction is installing new utilities. This work is expected to be completed on Monday, July 28, 2025.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closure – 12th Street
The westbound lane closure on West 12th Street originally scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 17, 2025, has been postponed.
Beginning on Monday, July 21, 2025, the outside westbound lane of West 12th Street will be closed between Marion Road and Ellis Road to allow crews to perform various repair work and overlay the road. One lane of westbound traffic will be maintained in the inside westbound lane. Access to businesses and residents will be maintained during construction.
The outside eastbound lane of West 12th Street also remains closed between Marion Road and Ellis Road, with one lane of eastbound traffic being maintained in the inside eastbound lane.
This project includes accessible curb ramp improvements, concrete repairs, storm drainage repairs, traffic signal improvements, concrete milling, and asphalt overlay. Work is expected to be complete in September

Street Closure – Roberts Drive
Beginning on Monday, July 21, 2025, South Roberts Drive will be closed on the south side of 15th Street to allow crews to perform repairs on the concrete valley gutter.
Motorists should utilize South Garfield Avenue to enter and exit the neighborhood.
Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed in one week.

Lane Closure – Main Avenue
Beginning on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, the southbound lanes of North Main Avenue will be closed between Fifth Street and Sixth Street. Traffic will be detoured on West Fifth Street and North Phillips Avenue.
APX Construction is performing crane operations. This work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on Monday, August 4, 2025.

Sidewalk Closure – Menlo Park
Beginning on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, the sidewalk on the west side of Menlo Park will be closed to allow crews to perform sidewalk repairs. Pedestrians will be detoured around the work zone.
Weather permitting, this work is expected to be completed by the end of the week.
