Emergency Lane Closure - Phillips Avenue

Beginning immediately on Monday, November 10, 2025, the southbound lane on South Phillips Avenue is closed between 11th Street and 12th Street.

First Rate Excavate is working on a water line repair.

The southbound lane is expected to be open later this week. A detour for southbound traffic will be signed.
