Emergency Street Closure – Phillips Avenue

Beginning immediately on January 29, 2026, South Phillips Avenue is closed between 11th Street and 12th Street.

Siteworks will be working on emergency repairs to a water main.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day, January 29, 2026.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Beginning immediately on January 29, 2026, East 15th Street is closed between Holt Avenue and Bahnson Avenue.

The City of Sioux Falls Water Maintenance Division will be making emergency repairs to a water main.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day, January 29, 2026.
