Lane Restrictions – 41st Street and Phillips Avenue

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026, the eastbound and southbound through lanes at the intersection of 41st Street and South Phillips Avenue will be shifted to utilize the dedicated left turn lanes on both sides of the intersection. Two-way traffic will be maintained in all directions.

Xcel Energy will be doing utility work. This work is expected to be completed and traffic control removed by the end of the day on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
