Beginning at 9 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, 2026, northbound traffic along North Minnesota Avenue from Eighth Street to Second Street will be temporarily detoured to allow crews to complete a sanitary sewer connection at Fourth Street. Traffic will be detoured to Eighth Street, Dakota Avenue, Sixth Street, Main Avenue, and Brookings Street. Southbound traffic will not be impacted.
The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on Thursday, April 9, 2026.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
