Beginning on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., the southbound outside lane of South Minnesota Avenue between West 21st Street and West 22nd Street will be closed. The west sidewalk will be closed. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the west along South Spring Avenue.
Puetz Design + Build will be doing concrete work.
The work is expected to be completed and traffic control removed by the end of the day on May 8, 2026.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
