Street Closure – Jasmine Trail

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, May 8, 2026, South Jasmine Trail will be closed between Caraway Drive and Goldthread Circle. The east sidewalk will also be closed. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the west sidewalk.

Northwest Corp. will be doing residential work. The street is expected to be opened and traffic control removed by the end of the day.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Minnesota Avenue

Beginning on Monday, May 11, 2026, the outside northbound lane of South Minnesota Avenue will be closed between La Quinta Circle and 69th Street to allow the contractor to complete concrete repairs.

The repairs are anticipated to be finished in one week, weather permitting.
