Street Closure – Phillips Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, the northbound lanes on North Phillips Avenue will be closed between Fourth Street and Second Street to allow crews to complete utility improvements. Northbound traffic will be detoured to Main Avenue. Southbound traffic will not be impacted.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of May.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Street Closure – 18th Street

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026, West 18th Street will be closed between Dakota Avenue and Main Avenue. The north sidewalk will be closed; pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the south sidewalk.

Northwest Corp. will be doing residential crane work.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day.

Lane Closures – Cleveland Avenue

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 14, 2026, South Cleveland Avenue will be reduced to one lane of traffic between 17th Street and 15th Street. There will be flaggers directing traffic.

Xcel Energy will be replacing a utility pole.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day.
