Street Closure – Bellwood Avenue

Beginning on Friday, May 29, 2026, South Bellwood Avenue will be closed on the south side of the intersection at West Laquinta Street to allow crews to perform repairs on the concrete valley gutter.

Motorists should utilize South Lyncrest Avenue to enter and exit the neighborhood.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed in one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Street Closure – Eighth Street

Beginning on Friday, May 29, 2026, East Eighth Street will be closed on the east side of the intersection at East Walker Way to allow crews to perform repairs on the concrete valley gutter.

Motorists should utilize East Walker Way to enter and exit the neighborhood.

Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed in one week.
