Lane and Sidewalk Closure - Cliff Avenue and Third Street Avenue
Beginning on Monday, October 12, 2026, the northbound lane of North Cliff Avenue will be reduced to one lane between Second Street and Third Street to allow crews to perform accessible curb ramp repairs.
The sidewalk on the east side of Cliff Avenue will also be closed during this work. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured around the work zone.
This work is anticipated to be completed in approximately one week.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
Lane Closure – Marion Road
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, the northbound outside lane of South Marion Road will be closed between 38th Street and 41st Street.
Xcel Energy will be performing utility work.
This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

Lane Closure – Kiwanis Avenue
Beginning on Monday, October 12, 2026, the southbound outside lane of North Kiwanis Avenue between McClellan Street to Madison Street will be closed to allow the contractor to complete concrete repairs.
Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed in approximately one week

Street Closure – Success Street and Masters Avenue
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, West Success Street will be closed west of Masters Street. Masters Avenue will also be closed to southbound traffic between West University Trail and West Success Street.
Smart Commercial Construction will be performing site development work.
Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed in approximately four weeks.

Lane and Sidewalk Closure – Ninth Street
Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2026, the westbound driving lane, parking lane and north sidewalk of West Ninth Street will be closed between Minnesota Avenue and Dakota Avenue. Westbound traffic will be shifted to the westbound left turn lane, and one lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction. Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the south side of Ninth Street through the work area.
MJ Dalsin will be performing roofing work and will have equipment staged in the roadway.
Weather permitting, this work is anticipated to be completed in approximately two days.
