Parking Payments

The City of Sioux Falls offers several convenient ways to pay for parking citations and parking leases. Please select the option below that applies to you.

Pay a Parking Citation

Payment Options

• Pay Online: Have your citation number or license plate number available, and Pay Online.
• Mail It: Attach the proper postage and mail your payment and citation in the included envelope. Checks payable to "City of Sioux Falls."
• Pay in Person: Make payment at City Center, 231 N. Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104.
• Appeal of the Citation: Complete an Appeal of Citation form and submit it within 15 days of the citation to the Public Parking Office at City Center, 231 N. Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104. The Appeal of the Citation form and additional information are available on the Appeal a Ticket page.

A service fee applies to all credit and debit card payments.

Do not pay with coins or cash when paying by mail. 

Effective July 6, 2026: To enhance payment security and comply with credit card industry security standards, the City of Sioux Falls no longer accepts credit card payments by phone.

Please resolve your citation in a timely fashion. Unresolved citation fines escalate, are turned over to collections at 90 days, and may result in your vehicle being towed without notice.

Payment Options

• Pay Online: Have your citation number or license plate number available, and Pay Online.
• Mail It: Attach the proper postage and mail your payment and citation in the included return envelope. Checks payable to "City of Sioux Falls."
• Pay in Person: Make payment at City Center, 231 N. Dakota Ave., Sioux Falls, SD 57104.
• Enroll in Auto Pay: Contact the Parking Office at 605-367-8170 to sign up for auto pay.
