• The Open House hosted April 15, 2024, was attended by a dozen neighborhood residents.
• Construction on Phase 1 is scheduled to start May 6, 2024 

Commuter Route Information

• The intersection of West Essex Drive and West Mesa Pass will be closed during Phase 1 construction.
• Pedestrian access for West Essex Drive will be available along the south side of the intersection.
• West Mesa Pass’s eastern half will be closed north of the intersection of West Essex Dr and West Mesa Pass during Phase 1 (the pink portion shown on the map).
• Letters will be mailed to phase 1 property owners informing them of coming construction.
