Commuter Route Information

  • This project is anticipated to begin in April 2026.  Lane closures will be in place.  At a minimum, one lane of traffic will remain open in both directions at all times.

Project Summary

This project will rehabilitate W. Russell Street from N. Louise Drive to N. Minnesota Avenue.  Work will include full-depth concrete patching, partial-depth concrete patching, curb and gutter repair, and joint re-sealing.  The intersection of W. Russell Street and Westport/Louise Avenue will receive an asphalt overlay.
