Construction is expected to begin in late July along Lincoln County Highway 106 between Cliff Avenue and Southeastern Avenue. A public open house will be held prior to construction.
Lincoln County Highway 106 will be closed between Cliff Avenue and Southeastern Avenue once construction begins in July and will remain closed until November. Traffic will be detoured to 57th Street.
Additional closures will be in place in 2027 between Cliff Avenue and Minnesota Avenue, and between Minnesota Avenue and Western Avenue.

This project will be located along 271st Street (County Highway 106) between Western Avenue and Southeastern Avenue. Improvements will include installing a watermain and a sanitary sewer trunk main in preparation for future development from I-29 to SD Highway 11.
