The City of Sioux Falls and Heartland Energy are offering rebates to help residential and commercial customers save money and conserve energy.
Who is eligible?
You must be a customer of Sioux Falls Light and Power to qualify for these rebates.
What rebates are available?
Five different energy-efficiency rebates are available.

*Already own an EV? You may be eligible for a $50 rebate for simply completing our survey to provide information about your charging habits. You must be a customer of City Light and Power to be eligible. Take the EV Survey
All customers are required to dispose of old appliances and lighting properly and provide proof of proper disposal. Original receipts of purchases must be included in rebate application.
You can apply for multiple rebates if you are eligible for them. However, these rebates are only available to City of Sioux Falls Light and Power customers. If you are not a customer, check with your electric utility provider to see what energy efficiency rebates and incentives they offer.
