These rooms offer direct access to our recreation pools, including:
- Water slides
- Lily Pad obstacle course
- Basketball hoop
- Zero-depth play pool
- Warm water pool and current channel
Rooms 1 and 2 are also located next to the Sanford Health 50 Meter pool – perfect for a splash-filled party!
Capacity: Up to 30 guests per room (60 when combined)
Cost: $50/hour per room ($100/hour when combined)
Party Rooms 3 and 4
Ideal for older kids and teen celebrations, these rooms are located next to the Sanford Health 50 Meter pool with diving boards—a hit with thrill seekers!
Capacity: Up to 12 guests per room (24 when combined)
Cost: $50/hour per room ($100/hour when combined)

Midco® Aquatic Center Café
Our on-site café offers delicious event-friendly menu items like pizza, snacks and beverages—all at affordable prices. All food orders must be placed in advance.

- Allergy and Dietary Friendly: We work with you to accommodate food allergies and special dietary needs, so everyone enjoys the party safely.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed except for specialized cakes, cupcakes and ice cream. Please bring your own utensils and serving supplies for dessert.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in the party room rental?
All rooms come with tables and chairs for seating. Another table is covered with a tablecloth will be set up for food, presents, cake, etc. The number of chairs will match the headcount you give us for the party. The rooms also have a TV with cable access and A/V hookups. Refrigerator, freezer and sink are available in party rooms 1 and 2.
Does the rental include admission?
Rental does not include admission price to the Midco® Aquatic Center. All attendees must pay whether they are swimming or not—this includes spectators.
What are swimmer supervision requirements?
Children 6 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult and always supervised by an adult or student 16 years of age or older. The ratio of children 6 years and under may not exceed 5 children per adult.
Can I decorate the party room?
Decorations are welcomed, but glitter, silly string or confetti are not allowed. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee if any of these items are used. Decorations can be hung from the ceiling.
How soon can I get into the room and when do I have to leave?
You can get into the room 5 minutes before the rental time. If additional set up time is needed please extend your reservation. You must leave the room promptly at the end of your reservation time so we can set up for the next party. Please be mindful of your time and plan accordingly.
Are plates and napkins included with our food order?
Plates and napkins will be included with your food and drink order. If you are bringing your own cake, ice cream or cupcakes, you must bring your own plates, napkins and serving utensils. Smash cakes are not allowed.
How do I order food for the party?
Once you have booked the party you will receive a receipt that will include the food and drink order form. The booking will also be followed up by another email with more information about food and drinks.
All food and drinks need to be ordered 48 hours before the party.
Food is paid for separately from the rental charge and must by paid when you arrive for the party before food will be delivered to your room.
Are gifts or food allowed outside the room in the pool area?
All gifts (wrapped or unwrapped), food, and drinks must remain in the party room and cannot be brought out onto the pool deck. Gifts can be unwrapped inside the party room.
Is there a dress code?
Swimsuits with liners are required for all swimmers. Unlined shorts are not allowed. Compression shorts are allowed underneath a swimsuit but cannot be used as a swimsuit. Street clothes are acceptable for patrons who are wading or spectating but cannot submerge into water.
Swim diapers are required for infants and children who are not toilet trained.
Life jackets, water wings, and other inflatables are not allowed, except for persons with disabilities who require such equipment.
What is your cancellation policy?
The room rental and food must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the party's scheduled time. Food that isn’t cancelled may be charged to the household account.
