Item 04 Employee Practices
Food employees:
- Must keep their fingernails trimmed.
- May not wear jewelry on their arms and hands (except a wedding ring).
- Must wear clean outer clothing.
- May eat, drink, and smoke only in designated areas. Beverages must be in a closed container.
- May not work with food if coughing, sneezing, or have a runny nose.
- Must effectively restrain hair, if necessary.
- Must maintain personal cleanliness.
