MU1 - Mixed Use - Low Density

This zoning form is designed to be applied along vehicular corridors as a transitional zone between commercial and residential zones. It is also applicable within residential neighborhood nodes to provide a higher density housing along with low-intensity commercial services. MU-1 form, buildings are located at or near the street side with parking located at the side or rear of the lot. This is designed to increase pedestrian connectivity and reduce parking requirements.
