How Do I Participate?

It's simple! Share your progress during the challenge by sharing your selfie with the hashtag #100Miles100DaysSF, and publicly share it to social media so we can see it! To complete the challenge, log at least 100 miles in 100 days.

You may cycle, run, walk, stroll more than 100 miles if you’d like! There is no limit on how many miles you can log. The minimum number of miles to complete the challenge is 100.

How Do I Track My Miles?

Everyone has their preference for tracking mileage. This challenge allows you to track your miles however you prefer. It could be on a smart watch, a phone app, an Excel sheet, written down on paper, or any other way you’d like! You may also use our free printable PDF Mileage Tracker.
