Mayors Fitness Challenge

  • The goal is simple in 2025: 100 workouts in 100 days.
  • A workout can be as simple as a walk. Keep the streak going with a run, bike ride, weight training, swim, pickleball, or any movement you choose each day, for 100 days.

How Do I Participate?

It's simple! Share your progress and how you’re moving during the challenge by sharing your selfie with the hashtag #MayorsFitnessChallenge, and publicly share it to social media so we can see it! To complete the challenge, log movement each day for 100 days!

You may run in your neighborhood, cycle on the recreation trail, take the dog on a walk, or even swim with your family at a city pool to check off your movement for the day. The goal is to keep a movement streak for 100 days.
