Phone Call Statistics

Metro Communications tracks its calls by the responding agency and type of call. The types of phone calls that operators receive and make fall under three categories:

  • 911 Incoming: Incoming calls and texts received by Emergency Communications Operators.
  • Admin Incoming: Incoming calls on the 10-digit administrative lines received by emergency or non-emergency operators.
  • Outgoing: Outgoing calls made by Metro Communications.
