Beginning immediately on Thursday, January 8, 2025, South Westport Avenue will be closed between 47th Street and 49th Street.

Lane Closure – Tenth Street

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, January 8, 2026, the southernmost lane of West Tenth along with the parking on the south side of the street will be closed between Main Avenue and Dakota Avenue.

Shape Sioux Falls 2050 Plan Enters Final Phase

Following nearly two years of public engagement and writing plan updates, the Shape Sioux Falls 2050 comprehensive development plan is in its final draft and will be presented to the City of Sioux Falls’ Planning Commission for consideration today, Jan. 7, 2026 and to the Sioux Falls City Council for its consideration and approval on Feb. 10, 2026.

Tree Removal – Recreation Trail
