Lane Closures – 41st Street Bridge

Beginning on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, lanes will be closed on the West 41st Street Bridge over the Big Sioux River to allow for bridge preservation work.

Lane closures will alternate to complete the work, but traffic will be maintained in both directions at all times.

Weather permitting, work is expected to be completed in two weeks.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
