Lane and Sidewalk Closures – Kiwanis Avenue

Beginning on Thursday, October 9, 2025, there will be intermittent lane and sidewalk closures for South Kiwanis Avenue between 18th Street and 22nd Street.

Xcel Energy will be doing utility work. This work will be ongoing until mid-November.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Sidewalk Closure – 24th Street

Beginning on Saturday, October 11, 2025, the sidewalk along the south side of West 24th Street will be closed between Western Avenue and Willow Avenue.  Pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the north sidewalk.

Premise Inc. is doing telecommunications work. This work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on Friday, October 24, 2025.
