Lane Shift and Sidewalk Closure – Western Avenue

Beginning immediately on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the northbound and southbound driving lanes on South Western Avenue will be shifted slightly to the west to maintain traffic in both directions between 12th Street and 13th Street. The sidewalk will also be closed on the east side of the street.

First Rate Excavate will be making an emergency sewer repair and will remove traffic control devices as soon as possible following the completion of the repair.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
