Lane Closure – Veterans Parkway

Beginning on Monday, October 27, 2025, the outside southbound lane of Veterans Parkway will be closed south of the intersection of 41st Street and Veterans Parkway to allow the contractor to complete concrete repairs.

Weather permitting, the repairs are expected to be finished in one week.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Right-Of-Way Tree Trimming – East Rice Street

Beginning on Monday, October 27, 2025, right-of-way work will impact traffic on East Rice Street from North Cleveland Avenue to the entrance of Great Bear Park.

The City of Sioux Falls Street Division and Forestry Division will be conducting right-of-way tree trimming.

The work is expected to be completed by the end of the day on October 27, 2025.
