Street Closure – Linedrive Avenue

Beginning on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, South Linedrive Avenue will be closed from 41st Street to Burns Avenue. The westbound right turn lane and eastbound left turn lane on 41st Street to access Linedrive Avenue will be closed.

Rice Companies will be doing utility work.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day on November 11, 2025.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.

Lane Closure – Northview Avenue

Beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, the southbound lane of North Northview Avenue between 60th Street North and 54th Street North will be closed. The roadway will be restricted to one lane travel with traffic control in place.

REM Construction will be doing utility work.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day on November 12, 2025.

Street Closure – Elmwood Avenue

Beginning on Thursday, November 6, 2025, South Elmwood Avenue will be closed from Tenth Street to 12th Street. Traffic will be detoured onto South Holly Avenue. The east sidewalk will be closed, and pedestrian traffic will be detoured to the west sidewalk along Elmwood Avenue.

Spielman Excavating LLC will be doing utility work.

This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the day on November 13, 2025.
