Emergency Street Closure – Sixth Street

Effective immediately, West Sixth Street is closed between Spring Avenue and Minnesota Avenue.

City of Sioux Falls Public Works crews will be making repairs to a water main. This work is expected to be completed by the end of the day, Monday, November 24, 2025.

Drivers are urged to use caution and reduced speeds while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
